Guardar el agua, infusionarla con anchoa, colar y reservar para emplear luego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar la caballa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 unidades de caballa<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Vinagre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Limpiar las caballas, poner en sal 30 minutos, enjuagar para limpiar la sal, y pasar en vinagre durante 15 minutos.
