TURBAN BONNET TURC PUMPKIN: Very originally and decoratively shaped fruit with mixed colouring, developing red, orange, yellow, green and white tones. The flesh is very firm, of a light orangey colour, sugary and a little bit floury. Used for cooking and decoration. Good conservation.
