Variety which grows to a very large size. Abundant, large, shiny green, fleshy leaves, with a slightly bumpy surface and oval shape. Adapted to cultivation during winter and the beginning of spring.

Cultivation
Avoid very strong and badly-drained soils. Sow in continuous rows and thin out the seedlings leaving 10 cm between each one. Outer leaves can be harvested every 10 days.
