HOLY THAI

Also called Sacred Basil. Annual plant, 40-60 cm high with purple flowers. Its highly perfumed leaves have a sweet to spicy taste of aniseed, liquorice and cinnamon. Very appreciated in oriental cuisine to flavour all kinds of dishes.
