CASTELLANO

Thin stalks. Imparipinnate leaves, having 3-8 leaflets with a serrated margin. Bivalve pod with 1-2 seeds. Deep root. Medium-sized, yellowish grain with a rather even surface and a particularly curved edge. Good cooking quality.
