Plant belonging to the cruciferous family, measuring 40-50 cm in height, with a long
stalk. Medium-sized blue-green leaves, which do not form a heart. Leaves can be eaten, and are harvested
when new leaves appear. Also grown for its inflorescence during the plant’s early stages.
